Who doesn’t love a creamy smoothie bowl?!
It’s almost like eating a big bowl of ice cream and you don’t have to worry about the calories or the ingredients. It’s all good for you and great as part of a balanced diet.
Firstly, smoothie bowls are totally refreshing and energising, and work as a great pre-workout meal provided you use the right ingredients. Whenever I have a smoothie bowl I feel refreshed and fuller for longer because of the frozen fruit, protein powder and banana.
Secondly, this combo also helps me perform better during my strength trainings as it provides me with plenty of energy to kill those workouts at the gym.
Additionally, there are more benefits your body will reap from this smoothie bowl, due to the added greens powder, goji berries and cocoa nibs that are full of anti-oxidant properties and vitamins that are good for glowy skin and a healthy gut.
You should give this a go, if you want to branch out from your usual green smoothie and get a little creative with your breakfast and do your body some good! Also another great breakfast recipe is my acai bowl, check out the recipe here.

I agree 🙂 Let me know how you liked it when you try it!
This looks delicious. Although I would have to take away banana, nuts and agave.
