Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie
For all you chocoholics out there! This chocolate peanut butter protein smoothie is a must-try! It’s every bit chocolaty, delicious and smooth.

Whenever, I make a smoothie I tend to always go for an acai smoothie or a green smoothie, they are just my fave. However, these ones utilise my vanilla protein powder. When I drink my protein shake straight after the gym, I always go for the chocolate flavour. I just think it tastes nicer than vanilla when drunk pure. I mean who doesn’t love chocolate milk?!

Anyway, the point why I am telling you all this is that when I make my chocolate protein shake at home after a sweat sesh on the weekend, I tend to have it as breakfast but on its own, as in just the powder and almond milk, it’s not a meal for me.

This gurl def needs something denser. So in order to add a bit of variety in my life I started making this chocolate peanut butter smoothie. It’s so freaking yum and it fills me right up until lunch.

When I made it, it kinda turned out foamy on top. Now I don’t drink coffee but this gave me the feeling I was drinking an iced mocha latte, which made me feel like a real grown up!

Every time I see people walking around with their big Starbucks latte, which always makes me a bit jelly, I totally wish I drank coffee. I can’t explain it but this smoothie foam just made me feel super “girl in the city vibes”. It’s truly all about that FOAM LIFE!
