Strawberry Mango Smoothie Bowl

Strawberry Mango Smoothie Bowl

This Strawberry Mango Smoothie Bowl is definitely becoming one of my favourites. I totally keep repeating myself by saying how much I love smoothie bowls over and over again. BUT they really are just perfect and help satisfy your sweet tooth. An added bonus is when you add a scoop of protein powder, this gets your muscles fed right.

Usually I never really eat ice cream in the winter time, cause its way too cold. However, my smoothie bowl addiction is very real and I see myself having a massive bowl on the sofa whilst netflixing on very cold days. The winter just isn’t a factor anymore to not have it and its way better than popcorn.

That being said, I cannot wait for the summer and to really bring my smoothie bowl game on point. I remember last summer I was pretty much incorporating a smoothie bowl into my diet every day.

Oh god actually after Bali, when we woke up at like 5am London time for a couple weeks, my husband and I had smoothie bowls every morning before work. It was the perfect way to start the day. I felt so refreshed and full of energy when I got to work. So I basically need summer back again or some major holiday jet lag!

Anyway I have rambled on for a bit (sowwie), let’s get into the recipe now:
