Healthy Turkey Chilli

Super lean and clean healthy turkey chilli! Really easy to make and great for meal prepped lunches and dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil extra virgin
  • 2 onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 kg turkey mince
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1.5 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 600 g chopped tomatoes
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can sweetcorn
  • 20 jalapeƱo slices
  • 250 ml boiled water
  • 2 tsp salt pink himalayan
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 avocado topping
  • 1/2 tsp crushed chilli topping
